RESIDENCIES AT HOME FARM

Experience land-based community living,
shared stewardship, and regenerative rhythms.

A residency at HOME Farm is an invitation to restore rhythm, live intentionally and connect authentically - with the land, with others, and with yourself.

This is not a retreat or a work exchange program. It is a shared living experience rooted in sustainable daily rhythms, permaculture principles and regenerative living.

Residents participate in the ongoing care of the land, while being held by a structure that supports restoration, learning, and meaningful contribution.

OUR NEXT COHORT OF RESIDENCY FOR MARCH 1 - APRIL 11 IS OPEN FOR APPLICATION

WHAT A RESIDENCY IS

  • A shared living environment with co-created rhythms and expectations

  • Participation in a small, evolving land-based community,

  • A balance of autonomy and responsibility

  • a living

WEEKLY RHYTHM EXAMPLE

  • Shared stewardship hours - meal preparation, food harvesting, creative projects, tending to the land, gardens, & greenhouse (minimum 4 hours per week).

  • Communal meals - cooking together and breaking bread is foundational to community living.

  • Personal time - for rest, remote work, study, and play. WiFi is available in the communal Heart Space and co-working hours happen throughout the day.

  • Shared wellness practices - meditation, yoga, fitness, breathwork, etc. We welcome you to share your wellness practices with the collective.

  • Ceremony circles and community coherence check-ins - gathering around the fire or around the Heart Space, we come together in circle to establish and maintain community coherence.

  • Nature immersion - ample space to explore the land: walking trails through the forest, swim in the Barú river atop the Nauyaca waterfall, visit the ancient Grandmother Abuela Ceiba tree and offer a prayer.

As a resident of the HOME Farm community, we value time for connection and time for solitude. Residents are encouraged to listen to the land and their own capacity.
