WEEKLY RHYTHM EXAMPLE
Community Stewardship - shared meal preparation, creative projects, tending to the land, gardens, & greenhouse.
Personal time - for rest, remote work, study, and play. WiFi is available in the communal Heart Space and co-working hours happen throughout the day.
Shared wellness practices - meditation, yoga, fitness, breathwork, etc. We welcome you to share your wellness practices with the collective.
Ceremony circles and community coherence check-ins - gathering around the fire or around the Heart Space, we come together in circle to establish and maintain community coherence.
Nature immersion - ample space to explore the land: walking trails through the forest, swim in the Barú river atop the Nauyaca waterfall, visit the ancient Grandmother Abuela Ceiba tree and offer a prayer.
As a resident of the HOME Farm community, we value time for connection and time for solitude. Residents are encouraged to listen to the land and their own capacity.
